Urgent Notice To Our Users
TournEase has determined, after exhaustive research, that the email issue occurring for some of our tournament directors these past weeks is unfortunately a glitch that will require the application to suspend operation for an undetermined amount of time. The issue is in the email service which is central to the functioning of our tournament planner.
Please be advised that this means that all tournaments will need to find another resource for planning this year's tournaments effective immediately. Please export your player data prior to May 29 at 6pm EST. We will retain your player data safe and sound, so if you are unable to export the data prior to May 29th, please email support@tournease.com outside of the planner application (your normal email service) and we can send you the player information from your event. While the Free tournament planner is being fixed, I would like to remind everybody that TournEase is still a leader in the tournament products space, having 100% on-time delivery for Tournament products since its inception more than 2 years ago. Manufacturers are desperate to move their tournament products and TournEase is great a getting top quality products at unbelievable prices. Having to dry-dock the tournament planner for repairs is a frustrating reality for us to face at TournEase, and we fully understand that this will cause a great deal of stress on our valued clients - the tournament and event directors. We apologize in advance, but hope that we are taking the steps necessary to make TournEase an even better tournament planning tool for years to come. Remember, TournEase is not shutting down; just the free tournament planner will be under repairs for the balance of the year.
